Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
- Running a busy caseload of mainly claimant & some respondent employment law files
- Providing expert advice around varied employment law matters
- Conducting investigations and taking statements
- Qualifying claims
- Typing legal documentation and correspondence
- Supporting with settlement agreements
- Occasional support with court hearings & tribunals

Our client, a reputable non-for-profit organisation, are looking for a driven professional with experience working as an employment law paralegal / legal assistant previously.
