CRA Consulting are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their specialist New Build team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm known for delivering a high-quality, client-focused service, with a strong reputation in residential property.
The successful candidate will become part of a dedicated team handling new build transactions, an area which involves more complex legal processes, tight developer deadlines and detailed documentation compared to standard conveyancing. The firm has a history of development and progression with 3 out of their last 4 paralegal hires going on to secure training contracts.
The Role
- Support fee earners within a busy new build conveyancing department, assisting with a varied caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Assisting with new build purchase transactions, including off-plan matters.
- Preparing contract packs and supporting documentation.
- Liaising with developers, lenders, clients and third parties.
- Managing enquiries and progressing files in line with strict deadlines.
- Supporting with exchange and completion processes.
- Maintaining accurate case management records.
About You
- Previous experience within residential conveyancing (new build experience highly desirable).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
