The Opportunity
Working alongside an experienced commercial property team, you'll play a key role in supporting a varied caseload of commercial property matters. You'll be encouraged to take ownership of your work, develop your technical skills and become an integral part of a friendly and highly supportive team. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with a broad range of commercial property transactions
- Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
- Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision
- Carrying out searches, enquiries and Land Registry applications
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Supporting fee earners with high-quality administrative and legal work
- Maintaining excellent client service throughout each transaction
About You
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal or within residential conveyancing
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
- Strong communication and client care skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
