The Opportunity
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a well-established law firm that is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum to provide holiday cover for a two-week assignment starting on 27 July. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced locum who can quickly integrate into a busy Commercial Property department, manage an existing caseload and provide support to the wider team throughout the assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a varied commercial property caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases, including grants, assignments and renewals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property refinancing and secured lending
- Asset management work
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation
- Managing files from instruction through to completion
- Providing high-quality advice and maintaining excellent client relationships
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent
