A well-established and respected regional law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding Leeds office. With a reputation for delivering exceptional commercial legal services, the firm supports a broad range of clients - from care providers and energy businesses to some of the most recognised sports teams in the region.

The Corporate team is highly regarded for advising on a wide spectrum of transactional and advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, joint ventures, and corporate governance. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy, close-knit team where you will have direct client access and the chance to play a key role in business development and relationship management.

This position is ideally suited to a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 3 years' PQE who is looking to build a strong and rewarding career in corporate law within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ - 3 years' PQE)
  • Solid understanding of corporate and company law principles
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a genuine team player
  • Experience in M&A, shareholder agreements, or company governance is advantageous
