Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of financial due diligence reports, business valuations, and transaction support
- Support senior managers and partners with client engagements, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial advice
- Prepare financial models to assist with mergers and acquisitions, debt advisory, and restructuring projects
- Conduct industry and market research to support corporate finance transactions
