Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners in the Residential Conveyancing department

- Audio typing and use of case management systems
- Managing client files, including opening, closing, and maintaining documentation throughout the transaction
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries in a professional manner
