CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded High Peak law firm to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and successful practice with a strong reputation across Derbyshire and the surrounding areas. The firm has built an enviable client base through repeat business, recommendations and exceptional client service, resulting in a steady flow of quality residential property work.
The successful candidate will join an experienced property team and take responsibility for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Dealing with remortgages and transfers of equity
- Advising clients throughout the transaction process
- Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the property department
What they’re looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (CILEx)
- Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage files efficiently and work proactively
- A team-focused approach with a desire to contribute to a positive working environment
