In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of disputes and litigation relating to estates. You'll also have the opportunity to assist senior colleagues on larger cases and engage in property litigation matters. With a growing probate team, this role offers the chance to build a rewarding career.
What you’ll do:
- Manage a caseload of disputes and litigation related to estates
- Provide support on larger cases and work collaboratively with senior members of the team
- Engage with clients primarily via phone and email
- Ensure cases are accurately updated with correct information
- Provide technical support to colleagues as required
- Drive your own development with ongoing support from the team
This role would suit people who have:
- Qualified as a solicitor, CILEX-qualified, or nearing the end of your training contract
- Some experience in contentious probate or significant experience in probate law
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a caseload
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- A client-focused approach, always putting the client's interests first
