CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a respected and expanding regional law firm to recruit a Contentious Probate Civil Litigation Solicitor. Due to continued growth within its Private Client and Litigation teams, the firm is looking to appoint a solicitor with around 1-3 years' PQE who is keen to develop their expertise in contentious probate while gaining exposure to a broad range of civil litigation matters.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload of contentious probate and related civil litigation matters from initial instruction through to conclusion, working closely with experienced colleagues on more complex or high-value disputes when required. The role offers an excellent balance of autonomy and support, making it ideal for someone looking to broaden their technical expertise while building strong client relationships.
