CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly respected and well-established Sheffield law firm as they look to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at Senior Associate or Director level. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and growing Commercial Property team with an excellent reputation across South Yorkshire and the wider UK market. The role would suit an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with strong technical expertise who is looking for a long-term platform to further develop their career within a progressive and people-focused law firm.

The Role

  • You will handle a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters including:
    • Acquisitions and disposals
    • Landlord and tenant work
    • Commercial leases
    • Development and investment transactions
    • Property finance matters
    • Portfolio management work
    • Supporting corporate transactions from a property perspective
    • Business development and relationship management with existing and new clients

The firm acts for an impressive client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and SMEs through to larger regional and national organisations.

  • Ideally operating at Senior Associate or Director level
