The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced Commercial Property fee earners, you will provide support on a broad range of transactions, gaining exposure to high-quality work while developing your technical knowledge and practical experience. The role will involve:
- Assisting with a variety of Commercial Property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases and related transactions
- Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
- Managing property searches and Land Registry applications
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties by telephone and email
- Maintaining accurate records and case management systems
- Supporting fee earners with transactional and administrative tasks
- Ensuring matters progress efficiently and deadlines are met
About You
