A respected, growth-focused boutique in Derbyshire is seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor to help drive an expanding practice. You'll handle quality work across acquisitions/disposals, landlord tenant, development, secured lending and portfolio management, with direct client contact and genuine influence on strategy.

You will bring:

  • 5+ years' PQE in commercial property (private practice preferred)
  • Proven autonomy managing a mixed commercial real estate caseload
  • Client development flair and a track record of strong billing/performance
  • Leadership mindset with appetite for partnership/equity in the medium term
