We are looking for a driven Residential Conveyancer to join the team and continue to build on the firm’s already very strong reputation. This role can offer hybrid working once established within the firm.
About you
- Previous experience working as a residential conveyancing fee earner
- Qualified solicitor, legal executive or CLC would be beneficial but not mandatory
- A solid understanding of the conveyancing process, including property searches, title investigations, and completion of legal documents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth completion of all conveyancing matters.
