Personal Injury Legal Executive to join its growing litigation team.
With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client care and achieving excellent results, the firm represents claimants across a broad range of Personal Injury matters.
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced litigation professional to join a supportive and collaborative team, handling a varied caseload of claimant Personal Injury claims.
This role is ideal for an experienced Fee Earner, Legal Executive or Litigation Executive looking to further their career within a firm that offers high-quality work, genuine progression opportunities and ongoing professional development.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of Personal Injury claims from inception through to settlement or trial, depending on experience.
Working as part of an experienced team, you’ll provide expert advice to clients while ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with procedural requirements.
Your caseload may include a variety of
- Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims.
- Employers’ Liability (EL) claims.
- Public Liability (PL) claims.
- Serious injury matters (depending on experience).
Key responsibilities include
- Managing a caseload of claimant Personal Injury files from instruction through to conclusion.
- Investigating liability, causation and quantum.
- Drafting correspondence, legal documents and court proceedings where required.
- Obtaining and reviewing medical evidence and other supporting documentation.
- Liaising with clients, insurers, solicitors, barristers and medical experts.
- Negotiating settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Preparing witness statements and schedules of loss.
- Ensuring compliance with court deadlines, procedural rules and internal quality standards.
- Assisting with trial preparation and attending hearings where appropriate.
- Delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the lifecycle of each claim.
About You
We’re keen to hear from candidates with previous experience handling claimant Personal Injury matters who are looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
You’ll ideally have
- Previous experience managing a caseload of claimant Personal Injury claims.
- Strong knowledge of the Personal Injury claims process and Civil Procedure Rules.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and case management skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- Outstanding communication and client care skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and professional approach to managing cases.
