Locum Residential & Commercial Property Lawyer needed for a Local Authority in Greater Manchester.
£40–£50 per hour (Umbrella) with an immediate start and a contract until the end of October 2026. Hybrid working is available.
The Role
- Manage a broad caseload including:
- Commercial property transactions
- Residential property matters
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Leases and licences
- Easements and wayleaves
- General property advice to internal departments
