Job Title: Catastrophic Injury Associate
Location: Sheffield City Centre (with hybrid working)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of complex liability and injury claims.
- Advising clients on liability, quantum, and coverage issues.
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and reports.
- Liaising directly with clients, counsel, and experts.
- Contributing to case strategy, negotiation, and settlement discussions.
- Supporting partners with larger or strategically important matters.
- Ensuring cases are handled efficiently, effectively, and in line with client expectations.
