CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a long-established and highly respected law firm in Chapel-en-le-Frith to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful property team within a firm that has deep roots in the local community and an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding client service.
Due to continued growth and increasing levels of instruction, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced conveyancer who can manage their own caseload whilst contributing to the ongoing success of the department. You will inherit a quality caseload from day one and work alongside an experienced and supportive team, offering an excellent platform for someone looking to develop their career within a stable and growing practice.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity and registered land transactions
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and third parties throughout transactions
- Building relationships with local estate agents, mortgage brokers and introducers
- Delivering a high standard of client care and technical advice
- Assisting with the continued growth of the residential property department

- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer
- Proven experience running a residential conveyancing caseload independently
