CRA Legal is proud to be working in partnership with a highly respected law firm that operates across South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, and Lincolnshire. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an Experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join its well-established team in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with solid conveyancing experience to step into a rewarding role within a supportive and collaborative legal environment.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you’ll work closely with fee earners to support the full lifecycle of residential property transactions. Your role will be vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of files from instruction to post-completion.

Key Duties Include

  • Assisting with preparing and submitting Land Registry applications and property searches
  • Drafting and reviewing standard conveyancing documentation
  • Opening, maintaining, and closing files in accordance with compliance procedures
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders
  • Handling administrative duties including file management, document production, and correspondence
  • Monitoring case progress and proactively managing timelines to support transaction deadlines
