CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with Sheffield City Council to recruit an experienced Project Officer to support a major Local Land Charges migration project with HM Land Registry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large-scale digital transformation programme and play a key role in migrating Local Land Charges data onto the national digital register.
The role would suit someone with previous experience working within a Local Authority environment, ideally within:
- Local Land Charges
- Planning
- Property Administration
- Land Registry Migration Projects
Key experience required:
- Previous Local Authority experience is essential
- Understanding of Local Land Charges processes and legislation
- Experience with TLC, Uniform or similar systems
- Strong data quality, coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work within fast-paced project deadlines
The role offers excellent flexibility with hybrid working and only approximately one office day per week in Sheffield.
