Are you currently working within practice and looking to specialise in tax? My client is a multi-disciplinary accountancy practice looking for someone who has a general practice background and would like to specialise in tax. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to specialise and gain more experience who has had some experience of tax in a general practice setting.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Preparing and reviewing Corporation Tax computations and supporting tax returns
- Preparing and submitting CT61 forms
- Managing and responding to HMRC queries
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying and supporting tax planning opportunities
- Keeping up to date with CPD requirements and developments in tax legislation and regulation
About You
- You will have a strong grounding in accounts and perhaps working in a smaller general practice and looking to specialise
- Experience in preparing and reviewing tax computations and returns
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
