Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
You will be supporting a team of experienced solicitors and legal executives by delivering a full range of administrative services. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Drafting and dispatching correspondence to key stakeholders
- General office tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Transferring files and information to the billing department
- Managing and coordinating team diaries and appointments
- Updating and maintaining accurate records in the case management system
- Handling incoming phone calls and post
- Arranging travel and accommodation as required
