We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Serious Injury Fee Earner (Grade A Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join a dynamic and growing legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle a caseload of high-value claimant personal injury cases, each exceeding £1 million in value.
You will be joining a well-established UK law firm renowned for its expertise in serious and catastrophic injury claims. The firm combines legal excellence with compassionate client care to achieve outstanding results for their clients., * Manage a caseload of complex, high-value personal injury claims, including multi-track litigated cases.

Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients who have sustained serious injuries.

Conduct thorough investigations to establish liability and build strong cases.

Negotiate settlements with insurers and third parties to secure optimal outcomes for clients.

Prepare and draft essential legal documents, including pleadings, statements, and schedules of loss.

Liaise with medical professionals to assess the severity and long-term impact of injuries.

Support clients through court proceedings, ensuring they understand and are well-prepared for the process.

Represent clients at court hearings as required.

Maintain compliance with all internal and external regulatory standards, including those set by the SRA.

Stay informed on legislative changes and emerging legal precedents within personal injury law.

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in personal injury law.

Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, high-value personal injury claims.

Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage a caseload of no more than 30 files.

Excellent client care skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism in sensitive situations.

Proficiency in using case management systems.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
