Manage the sale/purchase process from instruction to completion, liaising with all parties involved, including mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors, and clients.

Proactively communicate and build strong relationships with clients and third parties, providing regular updates on progress.

Deliver exceptional service to clients, introducers, and third parties.

Identify potential risks and resolve issues efficiently to protect clients and the business.

Maintain allocated files in good order, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and issue contract papers for any related sale.

Address and resolve sale enquiries thoroughly.

Analyse search results and act accordingly.

Organize and target matters for exchange and completion at the start of each month in line with KPIs.

Liaise with mortgage lenders regarding the drawdown of client funds.

Handle the exchange of contracts and legal completion processes.

A minimum of 2 years of conveyancing experience, with the ability to manage your own caseload.
