Residential Conveyancer

CRA Consulting is excited to partner with a reputable and forward-thinking firm of solicitors in Grimsby, seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, ready to hit the ground running with a diverse and busy caseload.

The Opportunity:

This role offers the chance to join a well-established firm that values expertise, efficiency, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You will be expected to work independently, providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

• Experience: At least 4 years of residential conveyancing experience, with a proven track record of managing a high-volume caseload independently.

• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication, and a client-focused approach are essential. Proficiency in conveyancing software and IT systems will be advantageous.

• Attributes: The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines., * conveyancer

• Competitive Salary: £35,000 – £48,000, commensurate with experience.
