The role involves managing a diverse caseload, including wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, probate, Inheritance Tax (IHT), trusts, and complex estate administrations. The successful candidate will enjoy working in Southwell’s friendly and professional environment., * Handle a comprehensive range of private client matters: wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, probate, IHT, trusts, and complex estate administrations.

• Deliver in-depth legal advice tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Conduct detailed consultations to accurately assess and address client needs.

• Draft, review, and ensure compliance of legal documents with current laws and regulations.
