A highly regarded law firm in Sheffield is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their growing team. Role Scope & Responsibilities:

In this role, you will handle a range of property matters, primarily focused on commercial and residential transactions, ensuring that all work is completed in line with the firm’s KPIs and service level agreements., * Manage your own caseload of residential and commercial property sales, purchases, and remortgages, ensuring timely completion of all matters.

  • Deliver excellent client service in all communications, including telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

  • Collaborate with solicitors, referrers, and professional organisations, ensuring smooth communication and meeting service level agreements.

  • Utilise the firm’s bespoke case management system and adhere to internal processes to ensure all actions are documented accurately.

  • Consistently meet individual targets, contributing to team performance and the achievement of monthly completion goals.

  • Attend regular training sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings to stay updated on industry trends and legal developments.
