Role: Senior Associate / Partner β Agricultural Property
Salary: Β£90,000 β Β£145,000 + Up to 20% Bonus

CRA Consulting are proud to be working with a prestigious Sheffield law firm who are seeking to appoint a Senior Associate or Partner into their specialist Agricultural Property team.
The Opportunity
This is a stand-out career opportunity for an ambitious lawyer with experience in agricultural and rural property matters. The successful candidate will play a central role in advising a loyal client base of farmers, landowners, estates, and agri-businesses, while helping to shape and grow the firm's long-standing practice in this niche sector.
Key Responsibilities
Advising on the acquisition, sale, and management of farms, estates, and rural landholdings
Acting on agricultural tenancies, renewable energy projects, rights of way, and environmental matters
Supporting clients on succession planning and estate strategy alongside private client colleagues
Developing client relationships and leveraging business development opportunities within the agricultural sector
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the strategic growth of the department
About You
Qualified Solicitor (8+ PQE) with expertise in agricultural and rural property law
Experienced at Senior Associate, Legal Director, or Partner level
A strong network or client following in the agricultural sector will be highly advantageous
Commercially astute, client-focused, and ambitious to build a leading practice in this specialist area
The Package
Β£90,000 β Β£145,000 basic salary (DOE)
Up to 20% annual bonus
