Private Client Solicitor Location: Wakefield Salary: Up to £60,000 Working Pattern: Hybrid - up to 2 days working from home after successful completion of probation CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing law firm in Wakefield to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding Wills Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor looking to join an established team and work alongside an experienced Private Client Solicitor within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will become an important part of the firm's continued growth within its Wills Probate department, taking responsibility for their own caseload while benefiting from the support and experience of an established team. The Role The successful Private Client Solicitor will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, with work likely to include: Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Lasting Powers of Attorney Trusts Inheritance Tax planning Advising clients on a range of private client matters Building and maintaining strong client relationships Working closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service
