CRA Consulting are currently recruiting for a Legal Administrator to join a busy Manchester-based legal team, supporting with complaints, Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and debt chasing. This is an office-based position suited to someone with previous legal administration experience who is comfortable working with confidential information, following processes and dealing with compliance-related matters.
The Role:
- Managing and responding to complaints in line with internal procedures
- Assisting with DSARs and ensuring requests are handled accurately and within required timescales
- Supporting with debt chasing and related administration
- Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems
- Liaising with internal teams and external parties
- Ensuring documentation is complete and compliant
- Providing general administrative support across the legal team
About You:
- Previous experience within a legal administration role is essential
- Experience dealing with complaints, compliance or DSARs would be highly beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident handling confidential and sensitive information
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working to deadlines and following set processes
- Previous experience within a law firm or legal services environment is preferred
