Management Accountant West Yorkshire Hybrid working Our client is looking for a Qualified Management Accountant to join a growing Finance team and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls and commercial insight. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded accountant who enjoys both technical finance and people leadership , with responsibility for leading a small team and supporting informed business decision-making. Key responsibilities Lead, develop and manage a small finance team. Produce consolidated and practice-level management accounts. Deliver accurate reporting and insightful financial commentary. Own monthly balance sheet reconciliations and controls. Prepare and maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast. Support budgeting, forecasting and year-end audit. Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and reporting. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
