CRA Consulting are currently working with a local authority based in Bury who are looking to appoint an experienced Employment Lawyer on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer with employment law experience to join an established legal team, providing high-quality legal advice and support across a broad range of employment matters.
The role:
- Providing legal advice on a range of employment law matters
- Advising on complex employee relations and contentious employment issues
- Supporting internal departments and senior stakeholders with practical legal advice
- Managing your own caseload and providing advice from instruction through to resolution
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider legal service
The ideal candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with relevant employment law experience
- Local government experience would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and case law
- Confident advising clients and working with senior stakeholders
- Able to manage a varied caseload independently
