Your mission in CMbE
- Participating in and chairing operational meetings.
- Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Coordinating closely with procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment across functions.
- Monitoring material availability and production capacity.
- Tracking progress against plans, identifying potential risks, and resolving scheduling issues to maintain efficient operations.
- Maintaining accurate planning data within ERP systems.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of planning processes.
About you
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate efficiency and accuracy using MRP2. Competence in Microsoft Office software applications is essential (Excel / Word / Outlook). The candidate will have scheduling/Supply Chain experience, and preferably a background in manufacturing or engineering.
The ideal candidate will have an organised approach and a 'can-do' attitude necessary to demonstrate enthusiasm to enable effective communication whilst working to tight deadlines. Approachability is important to this role. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within, and across, project teams.
