We are currently representing a well-established, family-run commercial flooring contractor based near Colchester, Essex. Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects across London and Essex. Role Overview
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from inception through to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Projects are predominantly located across London and Essex, so flexibility to travel between sites is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across London and Essex
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with specifications

Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within a commercial construction environment (essential)
- Flooring experience is not essential, but would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and leadership skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
Package
- Salary: Approximately £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
