Senior Site Manager - Residential CR3 are currently representing a leading residential developer on an exciting new project in the Norfolk area. The project consists of 89 apartments, 10 bungalows and 28 affordable homes, with all properties being traditional build. The development is currently at demolition stage, with groundworks due to commence in January. We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join the project as part of a wider site management team. The successful candidate will come from a strong PLC housebuilding background and will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of the development from the early stages through to completion. The Role: * Senior Site Manager position overseeing a large residential development * 89 apartments, 10 bungalows and 28 affordable homes * All traditional build * Currently at demolition stage, with groundworks commencing in January * Working as part of a management team of four Senior Site Managers throughout the project * Taking responsibility for programme, quality, health & safety and subcontractor management * Ensuring the project is delivered to the required standards, programme and budget The Package: * £70,000–£75,000 salary * 20% annual bonus * £6,500 car allowance or company car * Additional benefits package The Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager within residential housebuilding * Strong PLC housebuilding background * Experience delivering large-scale residential developments * Experience delivering traditional build * Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications * Strong communication and organisational skills
