Senior Site Manager - Residential CR3 are currently representing a leading residential developer on an exciting new project in the Norfolk area. The project consists of 89 apartments, 10 bungalows and 28 affordable homes, with all properties being traditional build. The development is currently at demolition stage, with groundworks due to commence in January. We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join the project as part of a wider site management team. The successful candidate will come from a strong PLC housebuilding background and will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of the development from the early stages through to completion.
