CR3 are currently representing a Commercial Flooring company who are seeking an Assistant / Junior Project Manager to work on multiple sites across Essex. Benefits: * £30K-£40K Salary * Travel Allowance * 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays * Pension Scheme Duties of the Assistant / Junior Project Manager: * Report into the Senior Project Manager * Plan and organize the workflow of flooring installers to meet project timelines. * Ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards and comply with contractual specifications. * Enforce strict adherence to health and safety guidelines on-site. * Liaise effectively with project managers and clients to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. * Oversee the usage of materials, tools, and equipment, optimizing efficiency. * Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on project status and progress. Assistant / Junior Project Manager Requirements : * Experience in commercial sector (Flooring a bonus) * Up to date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation * Effective communication and listening skills * Good administration skills * Works effectively to deadlines and competently works on multiple tasks simultaneously * Ability to work on own as well as part of a team * Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) * Committed to diversity and inclusion * A valid SSSTS or SMSTS, along with a CSCS card, is essential
