They have recently secured a national programme valued at around 50m, delivering a series of small to medium scale distribution centre refurbishments for a global brand. Individual project values range between 5m and 9m. This particular scheme, based in Knowsley, has been on site for 12 weeks and now requires additional management support.
Project Overview
The project is a 8.2m refurbishment, including:
- Installation of a new mezzanine floor
- External and façade improvement works
- Car park upgrades
The full programme is scheduled over 24 weeks. This is a hands on management role requiring strong leadership, excellent organisation, and the ability to drive progress while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day site operations throughout the 12 week remaining programme.
