Project: Warehouse refurbishment

Intro:

CR1 Group are in the market for a site manager to join our client, a well-established shop fitting main contractor who has a fantastic reputation for delivering quality schemes.

They are seeking an experienced standalone and hands-on Site Manager who can work nights to help drive the project, which is a refurbishment of a warehouse.

Your main duties will be to oversee the night works, pushing the subcontractors while ensuring they are working safely.

Part of the building is live, so someone who is client-facing is important.

Requirements:

1. CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid.
2. You’ll need to be hard-working and hands-on when required.
3. Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, particularly in refurbishment and fit-out projects.
4. Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control standards.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
