Job Title: Site Manager Location: Knowsley Start Date: Monday 24th Feb Hours: 8pm – 8am Job Type: 8 weeks Day Rate Very Competitive Project: Warehouse refurbishment Intro – CR1 Group are in the market for a site manager to join our client, a well established shop fitting main contractor who have a fantastic reputation for delivering quality schemes. They are seeking an experienced standalone and hands on Site Manager who can work nights to help drive the project which is a refurbishment of a warehouse. Your main duties will be to oversee the night works pushing the sub contractors whilst making sure they are working safely. Part of the building is “live” so someone who is client facing is important Requirements: CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid. You’ll need to be hard working and hands on when required. Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, particularly in refurbishment and fit-out projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
