The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the commercial aspects of retail / Industrial construction projects from inception to completion
- Preparing cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Procuring subcontractors and managing ongoing commercial relationships
- Working collaboratively with site teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and cost control throughout each project
About You
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment
