The framework currently has an annual value of approximately 3 million and consists of small high street store and office fit-out projects delivered across the UK. This is more than a traditional Contracts Manager position. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to take full ownership of the account, build a strong relationship with the client and help grow the framework over the coming years.
