We’re looking for an experienced M&E Supervisor with a strong electrical background to oversee the mechanical and electrical packages on an £8m refurbishment of an industrial shed project in Exeter. This is a non‑working supervisory role focused on coordination, programme management, and ensuring both M&E contractors deliver in line with project expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day activities of both mechanical and electrical subcontractors
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme, quality standards, and site requirements
- Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and support the site team in keeping works on track
- Review RAMS, permits, and ensure safe working practices are followed
- Liaise with the main contractor’s site team, attending coordination and progress meetings
- Provide technical oversight, particularly on electrical elements, and support issue resolution
- Maintain accurate site records, progress notes, and reporting
