M Industrial Project (Exeter) Start 11th May Project: 8m Industrial Shed Location: Exeter Start Date: 11th May Role: M re looking for an experienced M 8m refurbishment of an industrial shed project in Exeter. This is a non working supervisory role focused on coordination, programme management, and ensuring both M to day activities of both mechanical and electrical subcontractors * Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme, quality standards, and site requirements * Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and support the site team in keeping works on track * Review RAMS, permits, and ensure safe working practices are followed * Liaise with the main contractor s site team, attending coordination and progress meetings * Provide technical oversight, particularly on electrical elements, and support issue resolution * Maintain accurate site records, progress notes, and reporting Requirements * Strong electrical background with proven M
