We are a respected medium sized contractor seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major refurbishment and car park upgrade to a large industrial warehouse facility. This role requires a confident, site focused leader with a proven track record of managing construction projects from inception through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day to day project delivery across internal refurbishment and external car park works
- Act as the primary client facing representative, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, programme, quality, and health and safety on refurbishment or industrial projects
- Strong client facing communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage both internal works and external civils packages
