They pride themselves on their innovative approach, commitment to sustainability, and exceptional client service.\\n\\nRole Overview:\\n\\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Advisor who has worked ideally in the Residential / Care Home / Independent living sector to join our clients dynamic team.\\n\\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the planning process, precuring M&E consultants and contractors, the design and site installation, ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.\\n\\n * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.\\n\\n * Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.\\n\\n * Prepare and help manage project budgets and schedules.\\n\\n * Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.\\n\\n * Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.\\n\\n * Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.\\n\\n * 2 stage tender experience\\n\\n * Riba stage 3 experience\\n\\n * Strong knowledge of building services systems and relevant regulations.\\n\\n * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\\n\\n * Proficiency in relevant software and tools.\\n\\nWhat We Offer:\\n\\n * Competitive salary and benefits package.\\n\\n * A supportive and collaborative work environment.\\n\\n * The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects
