Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and engaging In Store Brand Ambassador to represent our brand within retail environments ( Ikea/Costco) In this role, you will connect with customers, promote our products, and create a memorable shopping experience that highlights the quality and benefits of our offerings. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will be key in driving brand awareness and fostering positive relationships with potential customers.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and actively engage with shoppers to introduce our products and brand story
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to help customers make informed decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering personalised recommendations
- Distribute promotional materials and samples to attract interest and increase brand visibility
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure optimal product placement and presentation
- Collect customer feedback and insights to share with the marketing team for continuous improvement
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s brand standards at all times

Qualifications

- Strong marketing skills with the ability to effectively promote products in a retail setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to connect with diverse audiences
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and confident in engaging with the public
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary - £12.71 per hour plus excellent bonus potential circa £40-45K OTE

We offer paid positions that provide valuable experience in marketing, customer engagement, and retail operations. Stores are open 10am - 9pm daily.
