We’re a legal and regulatory consultancy supporting health and social care providers with CQC registrations, mock inspections & assessments, inspection preparation, ad-hoc advice, ongoing compliance, audit and governance support.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re expanding our network and are looking for well-connected, self-motivated referrers who can introduce new clients to CQC Consultants. You bring the relationship and the referral. We handle the entire delivery of the consultancy work for the client.
COMMISSION
- Minimum £1,000 per new client you introduce who instructs us and starts work OR
- 40% of any billing for that client (minimum applies)
This is a high-trust, high-reward introducer role suited to professionals already working with care providers who regularly need regulatory and compliance support.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and approach care providers who need support (e.g., CQC registration, compliance, governance, mock inspections/assessments, policies, audit support)
- Make warm introductions to our team and help book a discovery call
- Share basic context to help us scope quickly (service type, locations, urgency/timeline, main pain points)
- Maintain your relationships as a trusted introducer (we’ll do the project work)
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Former or current Registered Managers / Nominated Individuals / operational leaders
- Sales or partnership professionals already selling into health & social care
- Connected professionals who regularly advise or support providers (e.g., recruitment, training, HR, finance, insurance, property, software, brokerage)
YOU’LL NEED
- Strong UK health & social care network and credibility
- A professional, ethical, consultative approach (no hard-sell)
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Comfort with basic lead/referral tracking
- Ability to operate as self-employed and invoice for commission payments
