What You’ll Do as a Front of House Supervisor
- Lead and inspire the front of house team to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Support the management team in the smooth running of shifts.
- Train and develop team members, creating a fun and motivated atmosphere.
- Handle guest feedback with confidence and care.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance.
