We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join us at either our Solihull HQ, Leeds or London office. If you have a strong background in Electrical MEP delivery and are motivated by autonomy, innovation, and collaboration - we’d love to hear from you! This is a permanent full-time position working 36.25 hours per week under our agile framework.

Key responsibilities:
- Acting as Project Leader on selected projects
- Working as part of a larger team on certain projects
- Attending Senior-level meetings and making client presentations on selected projects
- Raise/promote the level of technical excellence relating to electrical engineering within the team
- Over time, develop the ability to become a point of contact for key clients
- Help generate repeat business through customer care of existing clients
- Working on a variety of technically challenging and interesting projects across varied sectors
- Be client facing and involved in all stages of the projects from inception to completion
- Working closely with others in a team environment to achieve a common goal
- Producing drawings and specifications
- Producing calculations or guiding others to complete them
